Office Hours – 8:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs & 16:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs 7 days a week.
Chauffeur Service hours – 24/7

Vehicle Capacity

Our Chauffeur driven cars can accommodate a maximum of 3 passengers and their luggage. For 4 to 6 passengers, Mark chauffeur service offers luxury vans.

Time Schedule

At the requested time, Mark Chauffeur service will have a vehicle ready for you. For any overrun on schedules, the rate applied will depend on the category of vehicle requested. Calculation of hours will be from the time of departure of the vehicle from Mark premises to the time the vehicle is returned to our premises at the end of executing the service.

Insurance

Mark Chauffeur service is covered under comprehensive insurance. The policy covers losses that may result from damage or injury either to passengers or property, including and not limited to damage or injury to third parties.

Overnight out of city limits

For trips involving overnight stays outside the City limits of Muscat, you are required to provide adequate boarding and lodging for the chauffeur. Alternatively, you may let us know your destination of overnight stay and we will provide the same and bill it to your account.

Trips to UAE

For travelling across the border, minimum 24 hours advance notification is required in order to process the necessary documentation.
