Thank you very much for arranging this trip for my colleagues last weekend. They really enjoyed it and both commented upon how well organised it was and how they could strongly recommend it.
I was very upset that the organiser(s) of the course I was involved with sought to re-negotiate costs which had been agreed by me, This arose because they offered to pay the costs and I put them in touch with you only to arrange a method of payment. I only learned of the `contract’
Re-negotiation after speaking to SQUniversity course organizers and it caused me concerns and Heba also when I told her as we had each acted in good faith on behalf of other parties.
I went on Heba’s arranged trip this last weekend and it was great. I think you had a significant part in these arrangements also and felt you should know from someone independent of Heba that the people who came all considered it terrifically well organised and successful. Heba’s input probably ensured success as well.
I hope that when I come to Oman again, I might use your service and promise that the shortcomings related to the payment issues this time will not be repeated.
Thanks very much once again for your professional services which has afforded great enjoyment for us customers.

I would like to give a very big thank you for your assistance. The trip was simply excellent; I just loved the mountains I and am very excited at the prospect of organizing a charity trek there. I go back to UK on Wednesday with lots of ideas, and when I have talked with the organizer of Bethlehem Link I will be back in touch with you. I spoke to someone in Dubai and he thought that some fitter expatriate people might also like to take part, he said that these challenging experiences are something that is missing in the Gulf area. So I am thinking that if I can get permission from UAE to also advertise the trek in Dubai, I could organize two treks, ne for younger, fitter people which really stretches people physically where most of the participants will be from the UAE (maybe expatriates) and one for people who are older, maybe fit retired people, mostly from UK, which will challenge them to an extent but also have a degree of comfort.
I liked the camps in the mountains, I thought they were very appropriate for trekkers. I though Ahmed was excellent, the mountain treks in Oman are very organised, Oman reminds me of Yemen but it is cleaner and organised and no-one chews gat! The hotels were both very good.
Anyway, we will be in touch very soon and be able to get something concrete set out. I have Ahmed’s telephone and email address so I can contact him directly if I want to ask questions about the trek itself. Thank you, Thank you!

Dear Mohamed,
By now most of our Oman trip participants have returned to a snow covered Belgium and I would like to thank you right away, on behalf of our entire Rotary delegation, for the excellent way MARK TOURS has executed our weeklong program in Oman. From our first encounter at Muscat’s Seeb International Airport on February 21, followed by `welcoming’ dates and coffee on the bus trip to our hotel, to our departure last Friday night, your organization has taken care of us very well and in a truly professional manner.
The final program that included trips to the fish market in Muttrah, the Bait Al Zubair Museum, the Al Bustan Palace Hotel, the impressive Grand Mosque, the Royal Palace, the old soukh in Muttrah, the day trip to Nizwa, Tanuf and Jabrin, the cruise on the dhow "Lubna" and the day trip to Bidiya and Wahiba Sands were all very interesting and pleasant. Oman is indeed a beautiful and amazingly clean country with a lot of history and the population is extremely friendly! Shaji Thomas was an always smiling ‘trouble shooter’ (who fortunately, did’nt have to deal with any real trouble!) and Friday night he even stayed with us until we had all passed passport control, Last, but not least, Faisal was an excellent bus driver. All of them have to be commended!
I can add that the programs arranged by Rio Praaning, such as the "Omani Night" at the Al Bustan, the first visit to the Amouage factory and the lunch at H.E. Sayyed Badr were very pleasant as well. Especially this last visit was superb. The warm welcome extended to us by H.E. Sayyed Badr and his two brothers at his gorgeous residence was absolutely outstanding! None of us will ever forget that afternoon.
We appreciated your occasional visits to make certain that everything was in order, in particular during our arrival in Muscat and during our last night in the hotel, when the group picture was taken in the lobby by your photographer. Earlier that day we received in our rooms the picture frame with the silver khanjar and Omani coat of arms models. A nice gift, which will occasionally remind us of your great country!
Although the film made during the trip was apparently mainly made for internal purposes, you mentioned to me that you would try to have a copy sent to me in format or on disc. You will find my mailing address at the bottom of this e-mail.
I hope that we have the occasion to meet again before too long, in Muscat or Brussels.
